Fork and Shock Restorations

Front forks can be tricky and difficult to restore correctly and safely, so why not take advantage of our service and receive your forks back looking like new and working like they did when your Honda was first wheeled out of the showroom!

We also offer and recommend new stainless steel components to replace the old chrome parts, usually unobtainable anyway!

For example we now produce stainless steel oil seal holders for Honda CB72/77 and CB160, as well as the top bearing holder and all other associated fasteners and cosmetic items.

The forks imaged are a special 'Cafe Racer' assembly for a Honda CL175, including a genuine Honda 'works' style mudguard and alloy headlight brackets. The top nuts are all made in aluminium for weight saving, for one of our more obsessional customers!

On receipt of the items for restoration we will prepare an estimate for the overall cost. We will proceed after receiving a 50% deposit from the customer. If any unforseen expenses become obvious we will inform the customer before proceeding any further.
