Manufacturer and Supplier of Stainless Steel Components for Classic and Vintage Japanese Motorcycles

At Phil Denton Engineering we manufacture parts for vintage and classic Japanese motorcycles. Each component is an exact replica of the original genuine part, but manufactured in Grade 303 Stainless Steel.
The most popular motorbike models that we are asked to supply parts for are:
- Honda CB72/77, C72/77, CL72/77, Honda CB400/4
- Yamaha RD350LC, Yamaha YPVS
- Suzuki GT750, Suzuki GT380
- Kawasaki Z1, Z900, Z1000.
We stock many items for these models, but we are delighted to manufacture similar parts for any Japanese classic. We can ship our products worldwide.

Our Products
From wheel spindles and spacers to fork leg top bolts and stem crown nuts; from engine bolts and exhaust studs to footrest pivot pins and mudguard washers; we can manufacture anything of this nature for your machine and supply beautifully crafted replacements for the tarnished, corroded or 'butchered' items that are spoiling your restoration.
Our components are made from Grade 303 Stainless Steel and can be shipped worldwide. See our motorcycle parts products page for details including downloadable price lists.

About Us
We are, first and foremost, motorcycle enthusiasts. We have owned, ridden and restored machines of all ages. Our current 'stabe' includes a Honda CB72, CB400/4, CB650Z and a 1929 Scott TT Replica (my pride and joy that I've owned for over 40 years).
At Phil Denton Engineering we understand the restoration of vintage and classic motorcycles from the viewpoint of both the enthusiast and the engineer.
